Vista Montaña

Vista Montaña is located at Playas del Coco, in the southern area of the valley. The highest point is located at 540 feet above sea level (165m), offering the most spectacular views of the northern Guanacaste coast, all the way up to Murcielagos islands. The view to the "Rincon de La Vieja", "Miravalles", and "Orosi" volcanoes is simply amazing.

The vision of the project is to develop a community, ecologically oriented, low density, where outdoor living drives the everyday. There are over 10 km of hiking, jogging and nature trails projected to be built within the project, for the everyday walk, or elite hiking and bike riding.

The Master Plan projects 295 properties, structured in a condominium regime, in which all of the necessary maintenance and improvements are properly controlled through a Homeowner’s Association (HOA).

Valley view: 199 starting at $80,000

Property sizes vary between 800 - 5,000 sqm.
