Julia Skibinska was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, but her heart was forever changed in 2005 when she first visited Costa Rica. Enchanted by the country’s lush rainforests, stunning beaches, and vibrant culture, she returned every summer, deepening her connection to the land and its people.
In 2018, Julia took a bold leap of faith—leaving her career as a librarian to follow her dream of making Costa Rica her permanent home. Inspired to help others discover the same magic that drew her in, she earned her Illinois Real Estate License and began her journey in the world of real estate.
A legal permanent resident, Julia is a licensed Realtor through the Costa Rica Global Association of Realtors (CRGAR), and an international affiliate of NAR (National Association of Realtors).
