Ron’s path to Costa Rica began after an accomplished aviation career, including seven years as a U.S. Air Force attack pilot followed by three decades flying commercial airliners around the globe. During his airline years, he also owned and operated a successful real estate brokerage in the Seattle area, developing a deep understanding of the industry. A chance encounter with Tres Amigos Realty Group in 2010 sparked his love affair with Costa Rica. Within a year, he purchased a condo in Playas del Coco and later upgraded to a home in the Pacifico community. Upon retiring from aviation, Ron made Costa Rica his permanent home and re-entered real estate with a renewed passion—helping others navigate their transition to a laid-back, tropical lifestyle with insight, empathy, and experience.
Molly Loe
Molly has spent over three decades helping clients achieve their dreams of homeownership in Minnesota, specializing in new construction and repeat clientele who value her dedication and integrity.
