Lisa understands the lifestyle and property opportunities in the Gulf of Papagayo region and has been a full-time resident since 2005. Originally planning a move to Southern California, Lisa discovered Costa Rica through a scuba diving trip. The trip led to her Divemaster certification, a move abroad, and eventually, a new life. She married a local, built her home in 2010, and co-founded a successful sportfishing business, North Pacific Tours. In 2013, she joined Tres Amigos Realty Group to combine her business background with her passion for helping others relocate.
Lisa works tirelessly to help homeowners sell their properties quickly and assist buyers in securing the best value. She also offers extensive local connections to lodging, property managers, and service providers to make the transition to Costa Rica easy. In addition to her real estate expertise, Lisa is an avid Pickleball player and active member of the local sports community, helping to grow the sport in the region.
