Before transitioning into real estate, Will built a successful twelve-year career as a professional musician and special event producer. His work took him up and down the Pacific coast of Costa Rica, performing at hotels, resorts, festivals, and private events — giving him a firsthand look at the region’s communities, landscapes, and unique charm. This experience created a deep connection to Guanacaste and a strong foundation of local knowledge.
Four years ago, Will decided to channel his enthusiasm for Costa Rica and his entrepreneurial spirit into helping others follow a similar path. Today, as a licensed member of CRGAR (Costa Rica Global Association of REALTORS®), he brings professionalism, local insight, and a client-focused mindset to every transaction.
Will’s background is as diverse as it is accomplished. He holds an MBA with a specialization in Marketing and Sales, has taught at the university level, and previously owned and managed a small business before taking on a sales management role with a major Canadian firm. His professional journey, combined with his creative spirit, makes him uniquely skilled at guiding buyers and investors through the process of relocating, retiring, or investing in Costa Rica.
After nearly a decade living full-time in Guanacaste, Will has cultivated a trusted network of local professionals—from attorneys and contractors to small business owners and property managers.
